Cresco Labs in Indiantown, FL is seeking a Lead Processing Agent responsible for coordinating harvest processing and ensuring compliance with health and safety policies. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in food production or a similar manufacturing setting and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities include scheduling resources, performing QC, logging performance, and ensuring accurate inventory and adherence to procedures.

Qualifications

• Lead or people management experience preferred.
• At least 1 year in a food production or similar manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedures.
• Ability to measure, package and label precisely.
• Effective time-management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Exposure to plant material, pollen, and dust.
• Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and perform repetitive motions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.

Responsibilities

• Schedule resources across multiple processing activities (deboning, sifting, grading, final trim).
• Perform initial bulk QC inspections of batches.
• Report quality issues to Quality and Facility Director.
• Maintain daily performance log and continuous improvement board.
• Monitor Dry Rooms, Cure Room and Processing space for temperature and humidity.
• Enter harvest batches into ADP/POS and inventory accordingly.
• Monitor team productivity and adhere to time metrics.
• Make Biotrack software adjustments, moves, and transfers.
• Approve timecards and time-off requests for agents.
• Verify weighing and logging of material.
• Maintain sanitary work environment and cleaning logs for all stations.
• Review emails for priorities.
• Ensure all functions meet high standards of quality and compliance.
