Cresco Labs is seeking a Processing Agent at our Pennsylvania location. The role focuses on processing harvest materials with strict health and safety policies. You will weigh, log, and test materials, while maintaining a clean, compliant workspace.

The job supports a 7:00am–3:30pm schedule, with benefits and growth opportunities. Experience in food production or manufacturing is preferred, and lifting up to 50 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in food production or similar manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedures.
• Ability to measure, package and label precisely.
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment.
• Requires work around plant material with exposure to pollen/dust.
• Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel and perform repetitive actions; lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Process Harvest flower material.
• Grate and sort processed material.
• Weigh and log material.
• Collect samples and perform tests to ensure quality.
• Maintain a sanitary work environment.
• Safely transport products from workspace to storage area.
• Follow PPE and quality/compliance standards.
