Job summary

The Lead Processing Agent at Cresco Labs’ Sunnyside facility in Indiantown, Florida, plays a key role in processing harvest materials while adhering to strict health, safety, and quality standards. The position requires at least 1 year in a food production or similar manufacturing environment and demonstrates leadership capabilities.

You will schedule resources across deboning, sifting, grading, and final trim, monitor temps and humidity, maintain logs, and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a lead or supervisory role preferred.
• At least 1 year in a food production or similar manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict policies.
• Ability to measure, package and label precisely.
• Effective time-management and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Exposure to plant material, pollen, or dust may occur.
• Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and perform repetitive actions for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.

Responsibilities

• Schedule resources across multiple activities (deboning, sifting, grading, final trim, etc.).
• Perform initial bulk QC inspection of batches.
• Report quality issues to Quality and Facility Director.
• Maintain daily performance logs and continuous improvement board.
• Monitor Dry Rooms, Cure Room, and Processing spaces for temperature/humidity.
• Enter harvest batches into ADP/POS system and inventory batches.
• Monitor team productivity and time metrics.
• Adjust Biotrack software as needed for moves/transfers.
• Approve timecards and time-off requests for agents.
• Verify weighing and logging of material.
• Maintain sanitary work environment and cleaning logs for processing stations.
• Review outlook emails for priorities and assignments.
• Ensure all functions meet high standards of quality and compliance.
