Job summary

Ayr Wellness is seeking a Patient Advocate for our Tampa dispensary to deliver an extraordinary customer experience through compassionate, knowledgeable service and smooth store operations in partnership with the management team.

We expect 1–3 years in cannabis retail or related customer service, a high school diploma, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. This on-site role requires adherence to state regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Must stay current with state cannabis regulations.
• Able to pass background checks.
• Flexible scheduling, including weekends/holidays.
• Strong customer service and hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledge and guidance to customers about Premium Cannabis products.
• Resolve customer questions quickly and communicate with management.
• Accurately receive, coordinate, and fulfill orders using POS and inventory systems.
• Maintain clean, organized dispensary and a customer-first environment.
• Support management in ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Assist with store operations and guest experience.
