Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• 1-3 years’ experience in cannabis retail preferred.
• Prior customer service experience in hospitality, pharmacy, or retail.
• Ability to pass background checks and comply with state regulations.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledge and a personalized experience to customers by explaining benefits of cannabis products.
• Resolve customer questions quickly and communicate unresolved concerns to management.
• Accurately receive, coordinate, and fulfill orders using POS and inventory systems in compliance with policies.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and welcoming dispensary environment with a customer-first approach.
• Meet or exceed daily sales targets by following the customer experience selling cycle.
