Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Adhere to mission, values, ethics, and professionalism.
• Provide outstanding customer service to patrons with accurate guidance.
• Lead tours of sales floor and make product recommendations.
• Explain patient/member benefits, discounts and promotions.
• Follow product handling procedures and compliance policies.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock retail items.
• Operate POS system and cash drawer.
• Collaborate with team to hit sales, guest satisfaction, and compliance goals.
• All other duties as assigned.
