Jushi Holdings Inc. is seeking a Customer Care Consultant in Incline Village, NV to provide exceptional service to patrons and patients, guiding store tours and product recommendations. The role focuses on customer care, regulatory compliance, and enforcing company policies.

The position offers English and Spanish communication, with a pay rate of $15 per hour and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Travel may be required occasionally.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent computer, language and reasoning skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Excellent multi-tasking skills over the phone.
• Occasionally requires local travel, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to patrons by answering questions or directing them appropriately.
• Lead tours of the sales floor and make product recommendations based on product availability and research.
• Maintain knowledge of patient and member benefits, discounts and promotions to encourage memberships.
• Follow safety, health, and regulatory policies in handling products and customer interactions.
• Operate cash register and POS system, ensuring accurate transactions and cash control.
• Collaborate with team to meet sales, guest satisfaction, and compliance goals within timelines.
