This full-time, onsite role offers base pay with additional tips ($4–$6 per hour) and a benefits package. The candidate should have a HS diploma or GED, and bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in any field preferred.
• Excellent computer, language and reasoning skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the company mission and core values with professionalism.
• Provide outstanding customer service to patrons and patients, answering questions or directing to appropriate channels.
• Lead tours of sales floor and make product recommendations based on product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of patient/member benefits, discounts, and promotions, encouraging memberships for medical guests.
• Follow product handling procedures, safety policies, and regulatory compliance.
• Keep store clean and organized, stocking items and maintaining sanitation.
• Operate cash register, POS system, and cash drawer.
• Collaborate with team to meet sales, guest satisfaction, and compliance goals.
