Live-Parallel seeks a Packaging Technician in Gainesville, FL to ensure precise and compliant packaging of cannabis flower and pre-roll products. You will work closely with Production Leads and Supervisors to maintain quality and accuracy while adhering to state regulations.

This role emphasizes precision, teamwork, and fast-paced production, with training upfront and a structured schedule. The position offers full-time hours and benefits in a growing industry.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid government-issued photo ID.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
• Ability to stay focused and productive while performing repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Package cannabis flower and pre-roll products according to established standards and procedures.
• Follow all company policies, SOPs, and Florida medical marijuana regulations.
• Verify product quality, weights, counts, labels, and packaging accuracy.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Inspect products throughout the packaging process to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Prepare and manage raw materials needed for production runs.
• Assist with inventory counts and material tracking.
• Calibrate, operate, clean, and maintain packaging equipment and tools.
• Complete production documentation, maintenance logs, and required records accurately.
• Support efficient line setup, changeovers, and breakdown activities.
• Assist with shipping and receiving functions as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Partner with other departments to support overall facility objectives.
