Curaleaf in Buckeye Lake, OH is seeking a Production Technician to support packaging of premium cannabis products. This hands-on role requires following clear SOPs, maintaining quality, and adhering to safety and compliance standards.

The position operates Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm, with room to grow within a high-growth environment. You’ll work with brand lines including dried flower, pre-rolls, vape cartridges, and infused items, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of daily schedules

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to learn SOPs and operate production equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable with good teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Stage products and packaging materials across production lines while performing quality assurance checks.
• Boost operational efficiency and minimize waste through teamwork and communication.
• Conduct in-process and final quality checks, including testing and weighing, with strict data recording and labeling.
• Maintain organized, clean, and inspection-ready extraction room.
• Follow OSHA standards and Curaleaf SOPs for compliant labeling and packaging.
