Live Parallel is seeking a Packaging Technician in Gainesville, FL to collaborate with Production Leads and Supervisors in accurate, compliant packaging of cannabis flower and pre-rolls for patients. You will help ensure quality and adherence to state regulations while thriving in a fast-paced production setting.

Ideal candidates bring attention to detail, teamwork, and reliability, with a High School Diploma or GED and a valid photo ID.

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
Ability to stay focused and productive while performing repetitive tasks.
Reliable attendance and commitment to workplace safety are required.

Responsibilities

Package cannabis flower and pre-roll products according to established standards and procedures.
Follow all company policies, SOPs, and Florida medical marijuana regulations.
Verify product quality, weights, counts, labels, and packaging accuracy.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals; inspect products for quality.
Prepare and manage raw materials for production runs.
Assist with inventory counts and material tracking; calibrate, operate, and maintain packaging equipment.
Complete production documentation and logs accurately.
Support line setup, changeovers, and breakdowns.
Assist with shipping and receiving as needed.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and cross‑departmental objectives.
