Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a dependable team member for a fast-paced production role at one of our Sunnyside dispensary facilities in Ohio. You will perform essential tasks such as measuring, packaging, labeling products, and maintaining sanitary conditions to ensure product quality and compliance.

The role requires the ability to stand, sit, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs, with a schedule running Monday to Friday, 7:15am to 3:45pm.

Qualifications

• 1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands‑on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast‑paced environment with measurable goals and working standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure.
• Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner.
• Effective time‑management skills and ability to multi‑task.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, changing and challenging environment.
• Proficiency in Windows‑based software and point of sale applications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Executing tasks assigned by department leadership.
• Measuring, packaging, and labeling products
• Compares product with product standards to ensure quality.
• Maintaining a sanitary work environment
• Safely transport products from workspace to storage area
• Ensure that all functions are performed to the highest standard of quality and compliance
