Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a Factory/Production worker in Ohio to perform packaging, labeling and quality checks in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow procedures, and capability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Compensation includes a pay range and benefits; the schedule is Monday–Friday, 4:00pm–12:30am with opportunities for growth in a growing cannabis company, while ensuring compliance and safety across operations.

Qualifications

• 1 year (2-3 years preferable) hands-on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast-paced environment with measurable goals and working standards, preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedures.
• Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner.
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment.
• Proficiency in windows-based software and point of sale applications a plus.
• Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.
• Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.

Responsibilities

• Executing tasks assigned by department leadership.
• Measuring, packaging, and labeling products.
• Compares product with product standards to ensure quality.
• Maintaining a sanitary work environment.
• Safely transport products from workspace to storage area.
• Ensure that all functions are performed to the highest standard of quality and compliance.
