Job summary

Cresco Labs in Yellow Springs, OH is seeking a detail-oriented production associate to support daily manufacturing tasks. You will measure, package, and label products, maintain cleanliness, and help ensure quality and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 1 year (2–3 preferred) of hands-on experience in a factory or manufacturing setting, attention to detail, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1 year (2-3 years preferable) hands-on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast-paced environment with measurable goals and working standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure.
• Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner.
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment.
• Proficiency in Windows-based software and point of sale applications a plus.
• Requires work around plant material, pollen and/or dust.
• Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods.
• Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.
