4Front Ventures is seeking a Packaging Associate to support daily Production team functions, including manufacturing, filling, labeling, and QA of cannabis products. The role involves weighing, documenting waste, and ensuring packaging quality in compliance with state regulations.

The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, with a 7:00 AM–3:30 PM shift, offering $17.00 per hour non-exempt pay and bi-weekly payroll.

Qualifikationen

• Production or manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Ability to work with your hands.
• Commitment to team and production goals.
• Basic math skills.
• Basic Excel skills.

Aufgaben

• Process, organize, package, and label cannabis products for distribution to retail sites.
• Monitor, measure, and record precise product weight and total units produced.
• Measure and document any potential product waste accurately.
• Maintain quality assurance of all packaged products per state and local regulations.
• Partner with other departments to sustain efficiency and productivity through the production cycle.
• Assist in other duties as assigned to support the team.
