Job summary

4Front Ventures is seeking a Packaging Associate to support daily Production team functions, including manufacturing, filling, and quality assurance of all products. This role involves processing, organizing, labeling, and preparing cannabis products for distribution to retail sites such as flower and edibles.

Responsibilities include precise weight measurement, waste documentation, and maintaining QA in compliance with state regulations.

• Production or manufacturing experience, or related applicable experience.
• Ability to work with your hands.
• Commitment to team and production goals.

Responsibilities

• Process, organize, package, and label cannabis products for distribution to retail sites, including flower and edibles.
• Monitor, measure, and record precise product weight and total units produced.
• Measure and document any potential product waste accurately.
• Maintain quality assurance of all packaged products in accordance with local and state regulations.
• Partner with other departments to maintain efficiency and productivity throughout the production cycle.
• Assist in other duties as assigned to ensure the team, department, and company division maintain success.
