Job summary

4Front Ventures is seeking a Packaging Associate to support the Production team in the manufacturing, filling, and QA of cannabis products. The role requires basic math and Excel skills, with a focus on accuracy and safety in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, paying $17.00 per hour. Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds and obtain the required state ID upon hire.

Qualifications

• Production or manufacturing experience, or related applicable experience.
• Ability to work with your hands.
• Commitment to team and production goals.
• Basic math skills.
• Basic Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Process, organize, package, and label, cannabis products in preparation for distribution to retail sites including, flower, and edibles
• Monitor, measure, and record precise product weight and total units produced
• Measure and document any potential product waste accurately
• Maintain quality assurance of all packaged products in accordance with local and state regulations
• Partner with other departments to maintain efficiency and productivity throughout the production cycle
• Assist in other duties as assigned to ensure the team, department, and company division maintain success
