Job summary

DCM Inc. in Maryland is seeking a Packaging Associate to join a fast-paced cannabis production team. On-site, Monday–Friday, you will package concentrates, oil syringes, vape carts and disposables, and ensure accurate production logs and daily targets are met.

You will uphold strict cleanliness standards, follow SOPs, and assist with inventory, labeling, and cross-department support as needed while maintaining a detail-oriented, collaborative approach in a plant environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older per legal requirements.
• Pass federal and state criminal history background checks.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Package finished goods (concentrates, oil syringes, vape carts, disposables) and log production data.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organized logs.
• Label applications and count units for case packing.
• Support other departments as production demands shift.
