Job summary

Ascend Wellness Holdings is seeking a Packaging Associate in Illinois to weigh cannabis products from grams to ounces, package into child-proof containers, apply correct labels, and ensure state regulatory compliance while upholding high quality standards.

Schedule: 7:00 am - 5:30 pm, Monday - Thursday. Pay: $18.51/hour. You will support production lines, maintain cleanliness, and record data in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must be able to comply with all regulatory requirements for working in the cannabis industry.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Basic Excel, Word, and general computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Package infused and plant material into proper containers with proper labeling to ensure compliance with state regulations.
• Exhibit competency in basic organizational skills, communication skills and windows based operating software.
• Manage time efficiently in order to meet goals while consistently producing quality product.
• Sanitation & cleanup of all processing areas throughout the day.
• Assist with the production line.
• Load and unload items from machines, carts, and dollies.
• Fill and package products for delivery.
• Record data.
