Job summary

Mfused is seeking a Project Coordinator, Business Development to organize market-entry work and keep expansion efforts on track from initial research to go decision and handoff to Market Execution. You will gather data, track tasks in Asana, and coordinate across ownership groups, operators, and staff, maintaining confidentiality.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of coordination experience, strong Asana/MS Office skills, and a degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years coordinating projects or supporting a team; research, analysis, or operations backgrounds welcomed.
• Hands-on experience with Asana and strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Track expansion tasks, owners and deadlines in Asana; keep workstreams current and flag risks.
• Gather and organize documents, data, and updates from internal teams and partners.
• Prepare agendas, notes and follow-ups for expansion meetings; close out action items.
• Prepare the handoff package at go decision; plan, items, dates and budget to date.
