Job summary

Mfused, a high-growth cannabis manufacturing company, seeks a Program Manager – CMO to orchestrate operations between Mfused and its contract manufacturing partners. You will align materials, documentation, production planning, and compliance to move products efficiently through the supply chain.

In this role you may supervise shipping and receiving at Mfused sites and partner with Product, Compliance, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to resolve issues, forecast needs, and ensure audit-ready

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in supply chain, manufacturing operations, product operations, or vendor management.
• High school diploma or equivalent; no degree required.
• Strong organization and documentation discipline.
• Ability to manage multiple operational workflows simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills across internal teams and external partners.
• Experience working in regulated manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• External Manufacturing Operations: Coordinate production planning across all CMO partners to maintain inventory and continuity.
• Track production orders, shipments, and delivery schedules to ensure materials and finished goods move as planned.
• Monitor partner performance and resolve operational issues impacting timelines or inventory levels.
