Job summary

MFUSED is a Scottsdale, Arizona-based cannabis brand seeking a Project Coordinator, Business Development to organize market-entry work. You will gather information, track tasks in Asana, research new markets, validate findings against primary sources, and analyze data to guide leadership decisions on where MFUSED enters next.

This is a non-leadership coordination role focused on momentum and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years coordinating projects or supporting a team.
• Hands-on experience with Asana and Excel.
• Research habit of checking sources and verifying accuracy.
• Comfort with data analysis and presenting findings clearly.
• Ability to read contracts and provide useful feedback.
• Discretion with confidential information.
• Clear, professional communication across levels and diverse backgrounds.
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple work streams.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Track expansion tasks, owners, and deadlines in Asana; keep workstreams current and flag anything at risk.
• Gather and organize documents, data, and updates from internal teams and outside partners so the team works from one source of truth.
• Prepare agendas, notes, and follow-ups for expansion meetings, and ensure action items are closed.
• Prepare the handoff package at the go decision — plan, open items, contract dates, contacts, and budget to date.
• Keep projects in scope — flag drift and route changes for decision before they grow.
• Keep timelines honest — track milestones and hold owners to dates.
• Monitor project spend and track against budget — flag variances early.
• Read contracts and agreements, understand what they say, and flag questions, risks, and feedback.
