Job summary

Maven Genetics is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join our Operations team on the swing shift. This hands‑on role operates equipment for infused pre-rolls, AIO vape devices, and 510 cartridges, with responsibilities spanning QC, packaging, labeling, material accountability, and batch documentation.

You will maintain accuracy and quality in a fast-paced cannabis manufacturing environment, following procedures and contributing to a smooth shift handoff while supporting continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience operating production equipment or performing manufacturing work is required.
• Ability to follow written procedures, work orders, and product specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
• Basic math skills and ability to reconcile counts and weights.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to recognize equipment or process issues.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate equipment used for infused pre-roll and vape production.
• Verify product, strain, batch, materials, hardware, and scheduled quantities before production.
• Follow approved operating procedures and product specifications.
• Monitor equipment and production runs for consistency, quality, and performance.
• Complete equipment changeovers between products, strains, batches, and hardware types.
