Job summary

DreamFields is looking for Cannabis Production Technicians to manufacture products from start to finish, delivering brand-quality pre-rolls to dispensaries across the state. You will work on a fast-paced production line, ensuring compliance and efficiency in a high-volume environment.

As part of the Production team, you will handle cannabis material, labeling, packaging, and meet cycle times while upholding health, safety, and GMP standards.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in production/manufacturing.
• GMP knowledge or experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manipulating flower and oil.
• Weighing, stuffing, and rolling products.
• Labeling, stickering, and packaging finished goods.
• Hit specific cycle times in each position.
• Work in a high-volume manual production assembly line and achieve individual and team goals.
