Qualifications

• 1 year (2–3 years preferable) of hands-on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing environment with measurable goals and standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure.
• Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner.
• Effective time-management and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Executing tasks assigned by department leadership.
• Measuring, packaging, and labeling products.
• Comparing product with standards to ensure quality.
• Maintaining a sanitary work environment.
• Safely transport products from workspace to storage area.
• Ensure all functions meet quality and compliance standards.
