Job summary

Renew Cannabis Co. seeks an Infusion Technician to support daily production by preparing cannabis batches, infusing them according to formulas, and keeping accurate records. You will assist with inventory movements and quality control in a regulated manufacturing environment.

The role requires attention to detail, basic math, and comfort with computers and production-tracking systems. Swing shifts and mornings may be required, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Basic math skills (measurements, conversions, ratios).
• Comfortable using computers, spreadsheets, and production tracking systems.
• Basic Excel knowledge required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to follow written instructions and standard procedures.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Cannabis industry experience preferred but not required.
• Must be 21+ and pass background.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cannabis materials for infusion, including grinding and pre-processing.
• Perform daily infusion production according to procedures and formulas.
• Accurately measure, weigh, and calculate batch quantities and ratios.
• Enter production data, batch records, and inventory movements into computer systems.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of materials and finished products.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and compliance procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Assist with preparing samples for third-party lab testing.
• Follow cGMP standards and SOPs at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
