Job summary

Curaleaf Ravena is seeking a Production Technician to support packaging and labeling across our cultivation and manufacturing centers. You will handle finished goods such as packaged products, dried flower, pre-rolls, vape cartridges and infused products, following Curaleaf SOPs.

You will perform quality assurance, stage materials, and maintain cleanliness while meeting daily production schedules and safety standards. This role is full-time, on-site in Ravena, NY with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D required.
• Effective communication in a team setting.
• Strong attention to detail in a high-volume production environment.
• Punctual, reliable, and professional work habits.
• Ability to be trained on various production equipment and SOPs.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Stage product and packaging supplies across production lines to meet daily schedules.
• Perform quality assurance according to Curaleaf procedures.
• Increase efficiency and reduce waste through teamwork and communication.
• Conduct in-process and post-process QA and visual inspections to meet specifications.
• Ensure proper weighing, data recording, product tracking and security during packaging.
• Operate safely in line with OSHA regulations and Curaleaf SOPs.
• Ensure correct labeling per state regulations and maintain productivity.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the extraction area.
