Job summary

Renew Cannabis Co. in Woodland, California, seeks a detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to support cannabis product production. You will operate and maintain equipment, follow SOPs, and ensure quality and safety across processes.

The role requires familiarity with cannabis production, strong record-keeping, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 21+ and authorized to work in the U.S. preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in cannabis manufacturing preferred.
• Familiarity with cannabis extraction, formulation, or other production processes.
• Ability to operate manufacturing equipment and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in a cannabis manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in cannabis extraction is a plus.
• Must be 21 years of age and able to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the production of cannabis products, including concentrates, edibles, and tinctures.
• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, ensuring proper functioning and safety.
• Follow SOPs and batch records for each product produced.
• Monitor production processes to ensure consistency and quality.
• Assist in preparation and processing of raw materials.
• Clean and maintain equipment and work areas.
• Document and track production outputs, including inventory and yields.
• Perform quality control tests to ensure product purity and potency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues or equipment malfunctions.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety protocols.
