Job summary

FINA Labs is seeking a full-time Laboratory Assistant to support our cannabis testing workflow, including sample intake and preparation. You will work in a fast-paced lab, entering data into LIMS, coordinating with clients, and assisting technicians to ensure accurate analyses and strict chain-of-custody.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, proficiency with LIMS, and the ability to follow SOPs in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and laboratory techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong math skills for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Complete Sample Intake, entering details into LIMS and statewide tracking systems.
• Coordinate sample drop-off schedules with clients.
• Assist Laboratory Technicians as necessary
• Document all work in the LIMS system and maintain chain-of-custody.
