Qualifications

• Requires strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple lab requests
• Experience coordinating scheduling in a regulated environment
• Knowledge of R&D and compliance testing requirements
• Experience with LIMS and ERP systems like SAP; familiarity with Metrc preferred
• Must be able to read technical details and maintain accurate records

Responsibilities

• Receive and review testing requests from Production and Quality
• Coordinate with lab teams to schedule tests and maintain a detailed calendar
• Allocate resources including personnel, equipment, and materials
• Act as primary liaison between departments and lab teams
• Document all requests, schedules, and results for compliance
• Oversee inventory in SAP/ERP and Metrc; perform cycle counts
• Monitor test progress to meet quality standards and deadlines
• Suggest process improvements to scheduling and lab operations
• Ensure compliance with internal protocols and external regulations
• Maintain knowledge of testing procedures and regulatory requirements
• Wear PPE per OSHA requirements; perform other duties as assigned
