DCM Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to oversee Marijuana-Infused Products (MIPs) production, including gummies, tinctures, and capsules, while maintaining quality and compliance.

The role involves supervising staff, labeling, machine operation, and coordination with the lab for dosing in a fast-paced cannabis processing facility. The candidate will manage schedules, ensure clean and safe operations, and uphold COMAR compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age for legal reasons.
• Pass Federal and State criminal history background check.
• Previous supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MIPs production including gummies, tinctures, and capsules.
• Supervise and train all MIPs team members in production process.
• Interview, onboard, and train new MIPs personnel.
• Implement new product varieties and compliant labeling.
• Operate and train staff on candy packaging machines and depositors.
• Troubleshoot and correct machinery issues; coordinate with lab on dosing.
