Job summary

District Cannabis LLC. in Washington, DC, is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to oversee production of marijuana-infused products including gummies, tinctures, and capsules, plus packaging and QA documentation. You will supervise the MIPs team, train new staff, ensure compliance with MCA and COMAR, and maintain accurate production logs and labeling.

On-site, Monday–Friday 6:00am–2:30pm. Requirements include supervisory experience and a high school diploma or GED; ability to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 21+ years of age for legal compliance.
• Pass Federal and State background checks.
• Previous supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train MIPs team in production processes.
• Interview, onboard and train new team members.
• Ensure compliant labeling and packaging of products.
• Operate and train on candy packaging equipment.
• Maintain production logs and cleaning/calibration records.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and meet safety standards.
• Collaborate with HR and management; address underperformance.
