Job summary

DCM Inc. is seeking a Lab Manager to oversee extraction, distillation, post-processing, and testing workflows. You will ensure safety training, inventory control, and regulatory compliance while coordinating with leadership to maintain a full SKU lineup for sales.

The role emphasizes hands-on supervision of lab staff, strict recordkeeping in Metrc, and collaboration across departments to drive quality and efficiency in a cannabis processing facility.

Qualifications

• For legal reasons, all employees need to be at least 21 years of age.
• You will be asked to pass a Federal and State criminal history background check.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in related fields; Science or Engineering preferred.
• We ask that you have management experience.
• General lab experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lab production activities including extraction, distillation, post-processing, and third-party testing.
• Monitor safety training and manage consumable inventory in the lab.
• Coordinate with the General Manager to schedule strains and products for availability.
• Maintain Metrc records and ensure state compliance across operations.
• Supervise technicians, troubleshoot equipment, and perform routine maintenance.
• Ensure lab spaces and equipment are cleaned and safe; support inspections.
