Job summary

JARS Cannabis is seeking an Inventory Associate for our Arizona dispensary. You will ensure products are received, labeled, organized, and stocked in compliance with ADHS regulations, supporting accurate counts and restocking while upholding FIFO standards.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to stand all shift hours, and willingness to operate in a fast-paced, regulated environment with a focus on accuracy and compliance. Benefits include health coverage and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related inventory, warehouse, or retail experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Arizona Facility Agent Card or ability to obtain prior to start.
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, count, document, and verify incoming inventory deliveries.
• Unpack, label, and organize products accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain stock levels on the sales floor following FIFO guidelines.
• Perform daily physical inventory counts and assist with monthly audits.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate discrepancies promptly.
• Ensure processes comply with state cannabis laws and regulations.
• Keep stockroom, storage, and receiving areas clean and organized.
