Job summary

Ayr Wellness is seeking an Inventory Specialist to maintain accurate inventory in its Reno dispensary, drive sales through a current online and in-store menu, and ensure adherence to AYR policies and regulatory requirements. The role reports to the Retail Inventory Manager and Dispensary Store Manager.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years in retail, meet state age and background check requirements, and contribute to a compliant, customer-focused operation within a fast-paced cannabis

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate counts of all inventories with daily counts and reconciliations.
• Ensure products are tagged correctly and paperwork is complete per state/local rules.
• Reconcile inventory to ensure proper reporting to state systems and avoid malfunctions.
• Keep a clean, organized store and storage area for easy product access.
• Maintain delivery records and invoices per General Manager/state regulations.
• Verify items meet required quality standards and specifications.
• Generate purchase orders or transfers to fulfill sales order needs.
• Run and maintain inventory level reports.
• Ensure the store remains clean, safe, and guest-ready.
