Green Dot Labs in Boulder, CO is hiring an Inventory Control Specialist to maintain accurate counts and reconciliations of finished goods, WIP, and packaging materials in a regulated cannabis production environment.

You will perform daily cycle counts, audits, and system updates across Metrc and NAV, while coordinating with Production, Fulfillment, and Lab teams to ensure inventory accuracy and timely availability for operations. This is a full-time, onsite role.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior inventory control or warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience within a regulated cannabis production environment preferred.
• Must possess and maintain an active MED Badge.
• Must be able to pass background investigation requirements as applicable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Experience with Metrc, NAV, or similar inventory management systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies or process gaps.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Reli able transportation required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily cycle counts and routine inventory audits.
• Maintain accurate inventory records across Metrc, NAV, and related systems.
• Receive and reconcile finished goods, work-in-process inventory, and returned product.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Finish tags and maintain accurate physical inventory documentation.
• Organize and maintain finished goods and WIP inventory areas.
• Coordinate inventory movement to support production and order fulfillment needs.
• Assist with selecting inventory batches for packaging based on operational priorities.
• Support accurate receiving, transfers, and inventory adjustments.
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure inventory accuracy and product readiness.
• Follow all state regulations and internal compliance procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory and operational documentation.
• Support audit readiness through accurate recordkeeping and reporting.
