Job summary

Renew Cannabis Co. is seeking an Inventory Specialist to support on-site warehouse operations in a cannabis cultivation facility. You will track, audit, and label finished goods and raw materials, while supporting other teams as needed to achieve production goals.

The role requires at least 1 year in warehousing or manufacturing and compliance with state cannabis regulations. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing facility.
• Experience in inventory management or related systems.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and perform regular audits.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
• Effective time management and multitasking skills.
• Must be 21 or older and eligible to register with the state cannabis commission.

Responsibilities

• Track seed to sale of all products as they leave the facility.
• Execute inventory control measures to minimize holding and ensure accurate entries.
• Support regular and random inventory audits.
• Monitor and maintain quality control in line with state and local laws.
• Close open audit issues with evidence of sustainment.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.
• Inform Inventory Manager of system discrepancies.
• Ensure products are correctly labeled and recorded in the system.
• Document and update product information and labeling in the seed-to-sale system.
• Provide support to cultivation, harvest, and production teams as needed.
