Job summary

Centaurus Farms seeks an Inventory Coordinator in Boulder, CO to own wholesale fulfillment from intake to ship. You will manage Apex and Metrc inventory, build and QC orders, schedule deliveries, and maintain batch visibility and custody transfer records.

Required: 1+ year warehouse or inventory experience, proficiency with inventory software and spreadsheets, high accuracy, and CO MED license. Cannabis inventory and METRC experience are a plus; strong organization and communication are

Qualifications

• 1+ year warehouse, inventory or fulfillment experience.
• Proficiency with inventory or WMS software; comfort with spreadsheets
• High accuracy and attention to detail
• Must have CO MED employee license.

Responsibilities

• Daily reconciliation of Apex and Metrc against physical counts.
• Inspect and correct inventory variances; perform weekly and monthly inventory checks/audits.
• Receive packaged goods and add to Apex; maintain batch visibility; perform QC handoffs.
• Coordinate delivery scheduling and routing; build transfer manifests and driver assignments.
• Publish and maintain delivery calendars; reconcile delivered against invoiced; ensure records are inspection-ready.
