Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of prior retail or warehouse experience with inventory management responsibilities.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems, POS software, and Microsoft Office.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and meet state requirements for cannabis operation.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery intake and receiving, verify against POs and manifests.
• Maintain product catalog in POS and inventory systems, ensure accuracy of SKUs and pricing.
• Monitor stock levels and perform cycle counts; track-and-trace reconciliation.
• Investigate discrepancies and report variances to Store Manager.
• Record waste, damage, or destruction per state regulations and company policy.
• Provide daily team direction, coaching, and support to ensure tasks are completed.
