Job summary

HR MGMT 10 LLC is seeking a Retail Inventory Manager to oversee inventory control at a cannabis retail location. You will manage receipt, storage, and reporting, ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient stock turnover.

This role requires collaboration with the Retail Manager, compliance, and sales teams to align inventory with business needs. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of inventory management experience in regulated environments and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in cannabis, pharmaceutical, or similarly regulated industries.
• Proven knowledge of inventory control practices, inventory management software, and regulatory requirements, including METRC.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receipt, storage, and management of cannabis products and accessories with accurate records.
• Implement and maintain inventory management systems to track levels and movements.
• Conduct regular counts, cycle counts, and audits for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure processes align with local, state, and federal regulations including labeling standards.
• Collaborate with Compliance to keep inventory documentation up to date.
• Coordinate with suppliers to manage orders, deliveries, and returns for timely replenishment.
• Train and supervise inventory staff, ensuring SOP compliance and safety standards.
• Oversee labeling, packaging, and display to maximize sales while complying with regulations.
• Prepare inventory reports and analyze data to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
• Communicate updates to Retail Manager and cross-functional teams.
