Job summary

Green Cannabis Co. is a Nevada-based, vertically integrated dispensary focused on high-quality cannabis products. The Inventory Clerk will verify receipts, manage product labeling, and support METRC compliance while ensuring accurate entry into the POS system.

Responsibilities include receiving deliveries, conducting regular inventory counts, and maintaining an orderly vault and sales floor. Prior inventory experience and relevant dispensary credentials are preferred, with weekend/evening shifts

Qualifications

• Ability to work quickly and accurately, especially when restocking the sales floor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment during busy periods.
• Knowledge of basic computer skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and professional problem solving.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately.
• Must be able to accommodate scheduling including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive and handle incoming cannabis deliveries.
• Verify that inventory received matches manifests/invoices and document discrepancies.
• Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly inventory counts.
• Ensure products are labeled with correct barcodes and tracked in METRC and inventory system.
• Enter new products into the POS and METRC as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized vault and sales floor.
• Attend required training classes and staff meetings.
