Job summary

Qualifications

• Must follow detailed instructions and perform repetitive tasks.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
• Willing to learn and operate facility equipment safely.
• Comfortable with heights, soil, water and tight spaces.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Must be 21+ and able to register with the state cannabis commission.
• Comply with laws, regulations and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Offload, harvest, clean, and reload flower rooms.
• Weigh, record, and label post-harvest materials.
• Ensure plants are hung in dry rooms.
• Document activity using the track and trace system.
• Provide support to cultivation, harvest, and production teams as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow SOP and report discrepancies.
