Verano Holdings Corp. is seeking a Harvest Specialist to support on-site harvest operations within a cannabis cultivation facility.

You will assist harvest and post-harvest processing, help maintain clean, safe work areas, and participate in cross-training with other departments as needed to meet production goals. The role emphasizes adherence to SOPs, quality control, and proper documentation of activities in the track and trace system.

Formación

• Able to follow detailed instructions and perform repetitive tasks.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with others in a team.
• Willing to learn, operate, and maintain facility equipment safely.
• Comfortable with heights, soil and water, and tight spaces.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods.

Responsabilidades

• Offload, harvest, clean, and reload flower rooms.
• Weigh, record, and label post-harvest materials.
• Ensure plants are hung in specific dry rooms.
• Manage, document, and destroy cultivation waste.
• Transfer dried plant material to trim and production teams.
• Maintain quality control per state and local laws.
• Follow SOPs and keep work areas clean and safe.
• Document activity using the company's track and trace system.
• Support other cultivation, harvest, and production teams as needed.
• Report discrepancies to Harvest Manager.
