Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Cultivation Associate, Harvest in Phoenix to support harvesting and post-harvest processing of cannabis plants, maintaining quality and regulatory compliance. The role emphasizes precise weighing, labeling, and inventory control within a fast-paced team environment.

You will participate in drying and curing activities, ensure product quality, and collaborate with packaging and processing teams to hit daily harvest goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Experience harvesting plants in a professional setting preferred.
• Ability to weigh and record product quantities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Harvest cannabis plants by cutting, trimming, and removing flowering material according to procedures.
• Weigh, label, and track harvested product with accurate inventory in the tracking system.
• Assist with drying and curing activities and prepare products for the next stage.
• Inspect harvested material for quality and remove non-conforming product.
• Follow state regulations and company procedures for product tracking and compliance.
• Clean and sanitize harvest areas, tools, and workstations.
• Support packaging and processing teams during high-volume periods.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet daily harvest and production goals.
