Job summary

Verano Holdings Corp. is seeking a Harvest Specialist to support on-site harvest operations within a cannabis cultivation facility in North Las Vegas. You will assist with harvest and post-harvest processing and may support other departments as needed to meet production goals.

Applicants should follow SOPs, maintain safety, and track plant material via the company’s trace system in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. Physical stamina and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Follow detailed instructions and perform repetitive tasks.
• Positive attitude; works well in a team environment.
• Willing to learn to operate and maintain facility equipment safely.
• Comfortable with heights, soil, water, and tight spaces.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for 8 hours.
• 21+ and eligible to register with the state cannabis commission as an agent.
• Must comply with all laws, regulations, and policies of the industry.

Responsibilities

• Offload, harvest, clean, and reload flower rooms.
• Weigh, record, and label post-harvest materials.
• Hang plants in specific dry rooms; manage waste and proper disposal.
• Transfer dried plant material to trim and production teams.
• Monitor and maintain quality control per state/local laws.
• Document activity using track and trace system.
