Job summary

Verano Holdings Corp. is seeking a Harvest Specialist to support on-site harvest operations within a cannabis cultivation facility. You will assist in harvest and post-harvest processing, document activities, and adhere to SOPs while ensuring safety and quality across the production areas.

The role requires teamwork, physical stamina, and the ability to work with plants and equipment in a regulated environment. Cross-training to support other departments may occur to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Offload, harvest, clean, and reload flower rooms.
• Weigh, record, and label post-harvest materials.
• Ensure plants are hung in specific dry rooms and manage waste.
• Document all activity using track and trace system and SOPs.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in production areas.
• Assist cultivation, harvest, and production teams as needed.
