Job summary

Verano Holdings Corp. is seeking a Harvest Associate in Readington, NJ to participate in offloading, harvesting, weighing, labeling, and transferring plant material. You will help maintain dry rooms, track materials, and support multiple production teams while following SOPs and safety rules.

Qualifications

• Follow detailed instructions and perform repetitive tasks.

• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing many hours.

Responsibilities

• Offload, harvest, clean, and reload flower rooms.
• Weigh, record, and label post-harvest materials.
• Ensure plants are hung in dry rooms and monitor quality.
• Document activity in the track and trace system.
• Support cultivation, harvest, and production teams as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe working environment and SOP adherence.
