Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age and approved for state cannabis agent badge
• High School Diploma/GED equivalent
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn order management systems
• High level of accuracy and precision
• Ability to follow directions and work independently
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work overtime when required

Responsibilities

• Process daily sales orders promptly and accurately
• Print and organize order tags for product identification and tracking
• Perform sub-lot to accurately monitor product batches and movement
• Verify all orders, meet quality standards and customer specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with the sales team to resolve order related issues
• Support other fulfillment roles during peak periods or staff shortages
• Train new team members in basic order processing and fulfillment procedures as needed
