Job summary

Trulieve in Ironton, Ohio, is seeking a Flower Technician I for the 1st shift to ensure incoming cannabis flower materials meet specifications through visual and measurement tests. The role requires handling cannabis products and following cGMP and company PPE standards.

Responsibilities include inspecting batches, weighing and packaging flower, labeling products, and maintaining proper storage with documentation.

Qualifications

• Daily handling of cannabis flower and particulates in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in quality checks and testing procedures.
• Ability to pass background screening and be 21+.
• Attention to detail during inspections and labeling.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming inspections of flower and pre-roll material.
• Weigh, package, and label flower and/or pre-roll products.
• Receive and store raw batched items properly.
• Complete verification paperwork for raw materials.
• Maintain proper storage and organize batched items.
• Seal packaging and ensure PPE and cGMP compliance.
• Keep work areas clean and safe; monitor packaging operations.
• Report quality or equipment issues to leads.
