Canopy USA is seeking a Territory Account Manager to drive growth across our cannabis brands in the assigned territory. You will identify leads, build relationships with retailers, and present product differentiators to customers while achieving revenue targets.

The role emphasizes field-based selling, collaboration with marketing and operations, and maintaining strong brand representation. You should be self-motivated, results-driven, and able to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales/Business Development and/or marketing, preferably within the cannabis industry.
• Experience working directly with customers.
• Track record of delivering revenue and other quantitative goals.
• Proven ability to perform in high-growth environments.
• Sales experience required.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales and build key account relationships in the assigned territory.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and risks in the territory.
• Develop go-to-market strategy and evaluate brand approaches.
• Lead in-store execution and brand standards with retailers.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets; participate in incentive plans.
